You may draw inspiration from genres, general themes, common structures, or unprotected characteristics, provided that you do not request a copy of a specific work.

5. Real people

You may not use the Service to defame, invent accusations presented as fact, create non-consensual intimate content, harass, threaten, fraudulently impersonate, or disclose private information.

6. Security and technical abuse

You may not access another person's account, evade controls, manipulate credits, automate requests abusively, perform load attacks, introduce malicious code, engage in unauthorized scraping, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Service.

You may not use payment methods without authorization, abuse trials or promotions, create multiple accounts to evade limits, request fraudulent refunds, or file false chargebacks.

8. Enforcement measures

We may reject requests, stop generations, remove content, limit features, temporarily suspend, or terminate access in serious cases.

When reasonable, we will allow you to clarify or correct the situation.
