1. Owen Partners rewards independent recommendations. No purchase or payment is required to apply. Approval, a verified email and acceptance of these terms are required. Participation does not grant administrative access or rights to customers’ works.

2. The standard commission is 35% of each new customer’s first positive, valid Professional, Duo or Trilogy purchase, after discounts and excluding taxes. Subsequent purchases, credits, subscriptions, redemptions and free orders are excluded. Stripe fees and Owen’s internal costs are not deducted from this commission base.

3. There are five founding partner places. Each founder receives 50% on their first three eligible purchases confirmed within 90 days of approval, then 35%. Refunds do not replenish promotional places. Each order retains its applicable terms and rate; future changes do not recalculate recorded commissions.

4. The last valid referral before signup is attributed. With consent, a first-party cookie remembers it for 30 days. Customers may also voluntarily enter a code at signup. Attribution is then fixed and the first purchase must occur within 60 days. Tracking across devices or after tracking is refused or deleted is not guaranteed. Existing accounts cannot be attributed retroactively.

5. Commissions are reviewed for 30 days after payment. Orders may be held for currency, tax, identity, fraud or dispute review. Refunds reduce commissions proportionally; full refunds reverse them. Previously paid amounts are offset against future balances. Disputed commissions are held until the outcome is verified.

6. Commercial PayPal payments are monthly, with a US$20 accumulated minimum. Balances available at the previous month-end are paid by the 10th, provided the confirmed destination and tax documentation are complete and no review remains pending. Smaller balances carry forward. Commissions are gross USD amounts. Owen covers its sender fees; recipients bear any PayPal receiving, conversion or withdrawal fees applicable to them. No net amount or immediate availability is promised.

7. Partners must keep accurate information and confirm PayPal changes through their Owen account email. Prepared payouts retain their original recipient. Each party must meet its tax obligations. Applicable invoices or tax documentation are agreed and reviewed before payment; legally required withholding is documented separately.

8. Self-referrals, simulated purchases, spam, impersonation, non-consensual tracking and advertising using the Owen brand without written permission are prohibited. Do not promise best-sellers, guaranteed income, error-free text or unavailable features. Clearly disclose commissions alongside recommendations, including within videos where applicable.

9. Brand materials may only be used to promote Owen accurately. Demonstrations and opinions must reflect your experience; trial access does not require a positive review. Partners cannot access private customer data or reuse customers’ works.

10. Owen may pause new referrals or terminate participation for violations, explaining the reason and preserving history. Validly earned balances remain payable under these terms; fraud, refunds and disputes may produce documented adjustments. Request a review at [email protected] with the order or payout reference.

11. These terms supplement Owen’s general terms and privacy notice. Applications open only after these terms and the payment method have been reviewed. Participation is non-exclusive. Recruiting other partners does not earn a commission.
